ATLANTA INTERIOR DESIGNER: Welcome to the plantation...

It's been quite some time. Yes, I have missed you dearly. It's funny how time just flies when you're having fun! I've had more fun than I probably deserve. I cannot even believe we are halfway through 2014. I wanted to share a project that been keeping me fairly busy. 

The major story here is that it has to be the most challenging color consultation I've had yet.  The colors were so saturated that they cast a shadow over the entire house. This young family moved to the Atlanta area from Los Angelas . This house, although it had GREAT bones, was not their style at all. It was incredibly formal. We still have a lot to do, but  after much TLC we are finally getting this beautiful home to represent their lifestyle.

ATLANTA INTERIOR DESIGNER:Room Service Atlanta Photos...

If you haven't read about our UMCH project you can read about it here. We finally received a few professional photos of our space! This project was a charity dining room for a company called Room Service Atlanta. I loved being a part of this project. Each room was completed by a different designer and the house turned out to be amazing! Not that I expected anything less :)

Ballast collection...

Just went I'm ready for something different, here it is. I love the soft wood tones that are sure to shake up that shabby-chic look that is on trend...for life.

Way to work that powder blue, end table. The quatrefoil cut out = gorgeous.

Zebra Cow Hide...

One of the most versatile cowhides that have been popping up all over town is the ever-so-stylish zebra cowhide. It can be used anywhere and everywhere from the living room to the nursery to the kitchen and back to the foyer. I've even seen these thrown on top of a Persian rug to really create an eclectic look.

Holiday Gift Guide...

Welcome to December!!

This is one of my favorite months out of the year and it's finally cold here in Georgia which I love! These are amazingly soft and are available in ivory, rust, charcoal, turquoise, and green. I have a green throw of my own and it one of the coziest things in my house...aside from my two beagles and my husband :)
